We worked with 350.org and Energy Action Coalition to organize two days of actions leading up to the Senate vote on the Keystone Pipeline. We plopped an inflatable pipeline on Sen. Mary Landrieu’s yard and held a press conference, rallied with students at American University, trained a hundred activists, held sit-ins in Sen. Carper and Sen. Bennett’s offices, and disrupted the evening vote on the pipeline…. And won! The Senate failed to get 60 votes to pass KXL! We celebrated, and we’re here to keep fighting!
